According to Dr. Jerome Rovner at Ohio University, this is NOT a spider! His exact e-mail was: “Not a spider, it's a harvestman--often commonly called a daddy-long-legs. However, not all members of this group of arachnids have very long legs. These arachnids differ from spiders in three ways: having a one-part body (front and back parts have fused); no silk production; and (of concern to you) no venom glands or fangs.
